Ka Fai received his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (Transportation) at HKUST in 2017, and his BEng in Civil and Structural Engineering in 2012 with the HKUST Academic Achievement Medal.

Lubing received his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (Transportation) at HKUST in 2020, and his BS in Transportation Engineering in 2015 at Beijing Jiaotong University.
